Iggy (also known as Iggy LDN) is a British artist, filmmaker and photographer. He broke into film in 2016, with his short Black Boys Don’t Cry. He is known for creating powerful and artistic films that tell stories about the current socio-political landscape and that are both beautiful and tragic. A mixture between surrealism, cinema and art, Iggy’s recent short film, Velvet, presents a visual story that touches upon adolescence, crime, and motherhood, all centred through the artist medium of dance.

Rebecca Harris is a producer of shorts, music videos and corporate videos at Slick Films. Her debut drama as producer, The Silent Child, highlights the lack of education for deaf children worldwide. It won the 2018 Oscar® for Best Live Action Short and was broadcast by BBC One. Later in 2018 Rebecca was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Letters from the University of West London for raising awareness through her work. Alongside her project with Iggy, Rebecca’s upcoming films include A Glimpse, which will premiere at Raindance 2019, and Stand Still, directed by Isabella Wing-Davey and backed by the BFI.

Sarah Laita

Sarah received her training at the South African School of Motion Picture Medium and Live Performance (AFDA) and received her BA in Political Science and English from the University of Stellenbosch. Sarah has been at The Electric Shadow Company since November 2015, working predominantly in development for both the production and finance (J Cubed Film Financing) branches of the company, where her credits include The Hippopotamus, SAS: Red Notice and Guns Akimbo.

Ibrahim Salawu

Ibrahim is a scriptwriter with a passion for film and TV. In 2016, he gained a Master’s degree in scriptwriting at Goldsmiths University and he has also completed Soho Theatre’s writer’s lab course. After submitting a spec script to BBC Writersroom, Ibrahim was selected to pitch TV ideas to BBC 3 and was chosen to participate in BBC’s London Voices programme. Ibrahim is currently developing a script on Phillip Shelley’s 4screenwriting programme.
