Rebecca is a BAFTA nominated director, whose work spans film and audio, documentary and fiction and has screened on TV, in cinemas, online and at festivals internationally. Her most recent BBC film followed children who have parents serving long-term prison sentences. Rebecca has just finished directing a documentary-inspired audio-drama about coercive control for the BBC and a podcast with The Guardian on assisted dying. She is currently directing a film about physical and psychological scars commissioned by The Guardian. Rebecca worked with and was mentored by Penny Woolcock on the film One Mile Away, which won the Michael Powell Award for Best British Film at the Edinburgh Film Festival.
Alex Fry
co-director
Alex Fry is a renowned editor working in television, cinema and the gallery. Projects he has worked on have twice been Grierson and Bafta nominated. In 2012 the feature documentary One Mile Away that he edited received the Michael Powell Award at the Edinburgh Film Festival. The documentary series he cut called Love & Hate Crime won a Broadcast award for best documentary series. His longstanding collaboration with Penny Woolcock has seen them put together all the video pieces for her recent show at Oxford Museum of Modern Art.
Kate Vogel

Kate Vogel worked at Channel 4 for eight years, predominantly as a commissioner of short form documentaries, nurturing new directing and producing talent. In 2010, she left to help establish Tate Media, a production company sitting at the heart of Tate's galleries, working with artists to make films for online, broadcast and cinema audiences. She is now a freelance director and producer working across both the documentary and art sectors.
Kat Mansoor

Kat is a multi award-winning film producer who has been producing features for nearly two decades. Kat has worked with Channel 4, Film 4, BBC documentaries, Netflix, BBC Films and Vice to deliver long-form documentaries. Kat’s film credits include Grierson winning Here’s Johnny (Channel 4/Wellcome), The Man Whose Mind Exploded (Film4), Wojtek the Bear That Went to War (BBC), and Cow (BBC Films) which is directed by Andrea Arnold and is in post-production. With their company Halcyon Pictures, she and Kate Vogel are currently developing a series called Timekeepers, as well as a BBC Arts documentary about the life of artist Fahrelnissa Zeid.
