Jack Goessens, Writer/Director

Jack has been supported by some of the industry’s leading talent development programmes including Berlinale Talents 2023, Channel 4 RI:SE with DANC/Triple C 2022, Cinesud's Talent to Cannes 2022 and BFI Flare x BAFTA Crew 2021. Jack is currently developing their first feature, Boifriend, as writer/director and has received feature development funding for this through Screen Scotland. His short film Everyman (2021) won multiple awards including but not limited to an RTS award win and a Grierson Award shortlisting. His most recent film Who I Am Now (2022) was funded by Creative Scotland and LEAP and similarly screened at BAFTA and Oscar qualifying festivals around the world. Previously Jack won the Glasgow Short Film Festival Production Attic pitch 2018 with his film, Bouba & Kiki (2019). Jack is currently part of the ScreenNETS directors training scheme and has just finished shadowing director Alex Holmes and directing 2nd unit on Amazon series The Rig. Day-to-day Jack edits high-end drama such as Outlander and Netflix’s Everything Now.

Reece Cargan, Producer

Reece is a BAFTA nominated and RTS award winning producer and founder of Bombito productions. Reece was selected by Screen International as a Rising Star Scotland. Reece was both a Sheffield Future Producer at Sheffield Doc Fest and a BFI Insight Producer during 2023. The same year his feature project Boifriend was selected to pitch for co-production funding at Cinemart. Reece represented Scotland at IFFR Producer’s Lab and was the only UK producer selected for EAVE 2022 Producer’s Workshop - with feature project A Good Spell. Reece is currently co-producing a Dutch documentary feature Where Dragons Live, scheduled for release in 2024 and is co-producing UK drama feature Midwinter Break, shooting in March/April 2023. Reece has produced numerous award winning shorts and has multiple fiction features, documentaries and TV series in commissioned development. Reece – as his slate attests - is passionate about working with and turning up the volume of the next generation of Queer UK talent, with a focus on intersectional LGBTQIA+ stories & voices.

Rosanagh Griffiths, Producer

Rosanagh is a creative producer, known for supporting ambitious audio-visual stories exploring themes of identity and health. With a background post-producing HETV and features - including You Were Never Really Here (2017), Beats (2019) and I May Destroy You (2020) - Rosanagh’s strong editorial skills focus a throughline on the creative aspirations from development to delivery. Since 2017, Rosanagh’s production company Spinster has produced shorts including My Mama A Man (2019), Cindy (2020), Love Is A Hand Grenade (2020) and Dismantle Me (2023). Their latest short film - the surrealist neurodiverse comedy Dope Fiend for Film4 – premiered at London Film Festival (2023). Rosanagh was selected for BFI Flare x BAFTA Mentorship (2020) and Edinburgh TV Festival’s Ones To Watch (2023).
